Section 1 - 4 marks
Make a new "regular" page on the Ingot Functional Skills web site using the learner menu option on the front page (2 marks)

Give the page the title "INsafety proposal" followed by your user id number and save the page. (Your supervisor will give you your id number) (2 marks)

Section 2 - 14 marks
Starting at the top of your page make a table with 4 columns and 10 rows to present a simple plan in the form of an ordered list of tasks. (4 marks)

Section 3 - 16 Marks
INsafety need a new logo, a capital letter S in a circle.
Use the internet to find the most popular colour to use for the logo. Write the name of the colour into your web page and say where you got the information (2 marks)

Design a simple logo for INsafety to display on its web site. INsafety specifies that the logo should be a capital letter S in a circle and measure 100 pixels by 100 pixels when displayed (4 marks) Relevant functional skills criteria
Using a suitable file format and naming the file P followed by your candidate id eg P12345, upload the logo to your user area on the INGOT Functional Skills site and display it on your web page. (4 marks)

Provide a version of the logo in a file format suitable for download. This version might be used on large posters where the image might need to be very large. Name this file V followed by your candidate id eg V12345 (2 marks)

Section 4 - 13 Marks
INsafety is an international company. They want you to demonstrate that you can provide simple words and phrases in different languages.
Make a suitable table that formats to the full width of the screen to compare words in different languages. (2 marks)

Give the table the title "Words in different languages". Adjust the table cell styles to make them different from the default. (2 marks)

Display the corresponding words translated into German and French across rows in the table. (2 marks)
You can use an internet search or searches to find the translations of the English words into each language or to check their spellings if you know the translations already.

Use the internet to search for people saying the French and German words (there is no need to do this for English) and provide links from each word so that it is possible to hear as well as read the word. (3 marks)
