What web browser do you have?
Internet Explorer
- Determine your browser version
- Select Help > About Internet Explorer. The version number is located on the splash screen that appears.
- Internet Explorer 3
- 1. Select View > Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
2. Verify that the four 'Active Content' boxes are all checked.
3. Click OK.
- Internet Explorer 4
- 1. Select View > Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
2. In the Zone box, click Restricted Sites Zone.
3. Click Custom (For Expert Users), and then click Settings.
4. Under Active Scripting, click Prompt, and then click OK.
5. Click OK, and then click OK again.
- Internet Explorer 5
- 1. Select Tools > Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
2. Click on the earth "Internet" icon, and then the Custom Level button.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings list, and locate the section named Scripting.
4. Under the subsection Active Scripting, click Enable. Answer Yes to the confirm box that pops up.
5. Click OK, and then click OK again.

- 1. Select Options > Network Preferences.
2. Click the 'Languages' tab and click the 'Enable Javascript' option.
3. Click OK.
- Netscape Communicator 4
- 1. Select Edit > Preferences.
2. In the "Category" list, click on 'Advanced'.
3. Click the 'Enable Javascript' option.
4. Click OK.
- Netscape Communicator 6
- 1. Select Edit > Preferences.
2. In the "Category" list, click on 'Advanced'.
3. Click the 'Enable Javascript for Navigator' option.
4. Click OK.
