TLM is pleased to announce to our centres the opportunity to carry out a moderation and support workshops, these are to increase the confidence and knowledge of:

  • Schemes of learning – organising coursework and exam components

    • What moderation on demand really means

• Standards exemplification

  • • What is expected from describe?

    • Which criteria need evidencing

• Accessing TLM resources

  • Moodle / Mahara as our “open source – share and share alike” platforms

The workshop agenda:

• 10:30 - 11:00. Meet and greet, and coffee.

• 11:00 - 12:30.

  • Qualifications offered by TLM

  • L1 and L2 standards

  • Moderation process (Deadlines, moderation on demand, standardization)

  • TLM systems (markbook and exam systems)

  • TLM resources (Moodle/Mahara).

• 12:30 - 13:00. Lunch break provided by TLM.
