    Unit 1, Facility Services Fundamentals (2 credits)

    1. Relate tasks and roles to facilities services.
    1.1 I can identify necessary facility services. [3]
    1.2 I can identify the role of facility services organisations. [4]
    1.3 I can identify differences between "hard" and "soft" facility servicies. [5]
    1.4 I can give examples of how facility services can be improved. [6]
    1.5 I can follow procedures for the general maintenance of buildings infrastructure. [7]
    1.6 I can identify employees and employers responsibilities. [8]
    1.7 I can contribute to effective team working [9]
    1.8 I can get acquainted with roles and responsibilities within teams [10]

    Unit 2, Facility Services Operations (2 credits)

    1. Perform day to day facilities tasks effectively.
    1.1 I can clean with a range of techniques [12]
    1.2 I can perform simple plumbing and drainage maintenance [13]
    1.3 I can perform simple sanitary installations maintenance [14]
    1.4 I can put garbage out [15]
    1.5 I can check apartments/office rooms [16]
    1.6 I can manage stock, supply of a service or a warehouse [17]
    1.7 I can sort mail or other correspondence [18]
    1.8 I can mantain an area of the building [19]
    1.9 I can draw up an inventory of goods [20]

    Unit 3, Facility Services Safety (2 credits)

    1. Work safely in a service environment.
    1.1 I can work in a safe manner [22]
    1.2 I can control risks in the workplace [23]
    1.3 I can work independently, safely [24]
    1.4 I can contribute to safe working practices [25]
    1.5 I can perform my duties and tasks with the required precision [26]
