    Unit 1, Packaging Fundamentals (2 credits)

    1. Follow procedures to achieve packaging outcomes
    1.1 I can complete documentation. [3]

    1.3 I can use manufacturing and production mechanisms. [5]
    1.4 I can start and stop installations. [6]
    1.5 I can prevent minor technical jams. [7]

    1.7 I can adjust machine components manually. [9]
    1.8 I can monitor production settings. [10]
    1.9 I can report problems to a supervisor. [11]

    Unit 2, Packaging Tools (2 credits)

    1. Use tools to support packaging
    1.1 I can work with packaging and labeling machines. [13]
    1.2 I can recognise and use quantities. [14]
    1.3 I can use computer-aided manufacturing. [15]
    1.4 I can use monitors and keybords in a production process. [16]
    1.5 I can match tools to the operations to be performed. [17]

    1.7 I can cut or trim packaging to custom requirement. [19]

    Unit 3, Packaging Safety (2 credits)

    1. Carry out packaging safely

    1.3 I can control the flow of raw materials. [23]
    1.4 I can identify unsafe situations and take appropriate action. [24]
    1.5 I can maintain a clean and tidy environment. [25]

    Unit 4, Working with Packaging Materials (2 credits)

    1. Work with packaging materials
    1.1 I can identify different packaging materials. [28]
    1.2 I can identify packaging materials that could be recycled. [29]
    1.3 I can recognise different facilities for packaging material. [30]
    1.4 I can process plastic and rubber. [31]
    1.5 I can process paper and cardboard. [32]
    1.6 I can select suitable materials and packaging for transport. [33]
