it is very important to back up your work/information because at any time someone can hack into your computer and can delete all your work and information. Also a virus can happen at any time and you won’t know and by then all your work would have been deleted.

It is good to back up your information on to a safe hard rive or a really good software which you can refer to. Also you have to make sure that you back up your work even if it is not that much but it will reduce the chances of loosing your work.

It’s best to keep your information in a safe place like a disk or a memory stick so that you won’t loose your work or information.

As I said earlier on it’s best to keep your work on a disk, a memory stick or a some kind of protected software. You can then may want to put it in a locked up safe or cupboard to make it even more secure.
