Backups 

Why is it important to backup your work?

Backing up your work provides insurance that you will be able to restore your work from a backup copy if the original is lost due to theft, accident, hardware failure, software bugs, or a computer virus. Your only hope of protection is a good backup!
You should use a external hard drive to put your information on so if anything was to happen to your computer you can just plug it in to restore the information.

Make sure that you keep your backed up information in a safe place that you will remember so you do not forget where it is and so somebody cannot gain access to your personal information.
