Gold academies

A Gold Academy has at least one qualified Gold INGOT assessor trainer. The assessor trainer can grant assessor status at Bronze, Silver or Gold levels to anyone, not just those within the Academy.

A Gold Academy can generate income by running courses for assessors in other schools and organisations and it can run courses leading to certification, if it so desires.

A Gold academy has a Principal Assessor who is responsible for standards within the academy and accountable for these standards to The Learning Machine Ltd. The Principal Assessor must be an assessor trainer.

Gold academies will generally work towards a position where all members of the organisation capable of achieving Gold level will be certificated with the Gold INGOT with Bronze and Silver certification providing steps to get to that position. There will be a culture of striving for good operating practice and sharing this with others extending to the international community.
