Edit Group

On this page you can add or remove learners to a group. You can copy learners to another group (so the learner is then found in both groups). You can also move learners to another group (so the learner is removed from this group and added to the other group).

Adding a learner

There are two ways to add learners to this group:

1) On this page, select the ADD learners option. This displays a list of all the learners in the entire academy. Select learners from this list and click on ADD.

2) However, this method is often inconvenient if your academy has a lot of learners. Another option is to go to a different groups that has all the learners you need, select the learners from that group, and COPY those learners.

For example: You could have a group called YEAR 7, where you keep all the pupils in year 7. Suppose you want to make a group called 7A. You can visit the group YEAR 7, select from that list the pupils that belong to 7A, and then COPY those pupils to group 7A.

Edit a learner

You can edit information about a learner. Click on the link that says "Edit learners in this group".
