Suspend

Normally a user account should be suspended if they will no longer participate in the INGOT programme. For example, if the assessor has moved to a different school and the new school is not doing INGOTs. You cannot un-suspend a user. However, if you suspend someone by mistake, you can contact The Learning Machine and ask us to un-suspend a user.

The other case where you might consider suspending an account is in extreme situations such as assessor misconduct or if the assessor's account has been compromised.
