Cyber-terrorism: The premeditated use of disruptive activities, or the threat thereof, against computers and/or networks, with the intention to cause harm or further social, ideological, religious, political or similar objectives. Or to intimidate any person in furtherance of such objectives.

Hacktivist: The concept of hacking a website or computer system in order to send a political or social motives across.

​Keyloggers: The practice of tracking/logging the keys struck on a keyboard typically in a covert manner so that the person using the keyboard is unaware that their actions are being monitored. 

​Encryption: The activity of converting data/information into a code.

Anti- Spyware Software: Anti-spyware software is a type of program designed to prevent and detect unwanted spyware program installations and to remove those programs if installed.

Retention: The fact of keeping something in one's mind

​Susceptible: Likely or liable to be influenced or harmed by a particular thing
